The 2Leadership team have been great partners to work with. They have really taken the time to listen to our needs and to work with us to build the talent development program for us. One of their strengths is their flexibility to adapt things as we've gone along.
Working with 2Leadership has been inspirational and life changing. We're now clearer than ever before on the direction our business needs to take. We've also been reminded of how important our role is as leaders, in making sure everyone in the organization understands where we're trying to get to, and what we need to do to get there.
We're a fairly new team and definitely in the storming phase! Learning about the motives that drive our behaviour and connecting them to our strengths by using the Core Strengths SDI 2.0® has been really helpful for us to build more trust and be more effective as a team. We all went through quite a few aha moments during the day, particularly when we got to the part about conflict - what triggers it in us and how we react to it. I think every team should invest in this!
The Executive Coaching process helped me to analyse my behaviours, my motivations, and my belief-system. I was able to recognise what I do well, things that I avoid, my blind spots, and things which prevent me from moving forward. I'm very analytical and observant but it helped me to recognize many things I had not previously been conscious of.
I'm amazed at how far we've managed to come as a team in such a short time. The Team Navigation process has really helped us to grow together, get clarity on the direction we're heading, and to understand the first steps we need to take to get there. I really enjoyed how interactive the process was - it certainly made the time fly by.
