I've very much appreciated working with door_2Leadership on our Talent Development programme. They've been great partners and have really taken the time to listen to our needs and to build the solutions we need. What I appreciate about them most is their flexibility to adapt things as we've gone along.
I've really enjoyed the Manager as Team Navigator workshop. It's been really helpful to revisit what it means to be a leader and the mindset I need to have to support my team. I really liked that we put the tools we learned into action immediately in the role-plays. I think my biggest take-away is how to handle objections in meetings in a really elegant way - very useful!
We're a fairly new team and learning more about the motives that drive our behaviour and connecting them to our strengths by using the Core Strengths SDI 2.0®. It's been really helpful for us to build more trust and be more effective as a team. We all went through quite a few aha moments during the day, particularly when we got to the part about conflict - what triggers it in us and how we react to it. I think every team should invest in this!
The Executive Coaching process helped me to analyse my behaviours, my motivations, and my belief-system. I was able to recognise what I do well, things that I avoid, my blind spots, and things which prevent me from moving forward. Even though I'm a very analytical and observant person, it helped me to recognise many things I had not previously been conscious of.
I'm amazed at how far we've managed to come as a team in such a short time. The Team Navigation process has really helped us to grow together as a team, get clarity on the direction we're heading in, and to understand the first steps we need to take to get there. I really enjoyed how interactive the process was - it certainly made the time fly by.
