A central part of my work is to empower leaders to create and foster a culture of change that motivates and engages people from the inside out to successfully shape the future together.

20 years of leadership experience helps me to empathize with companies and organizations: Accompanying my clients safely through transformation processes is very important to me. Precisely because I am no stranger to their situation, their worries and fears from my own experience as a manager. After studying business administration with a focus on strategic corporate management, finance and marketing, I started my career in corporate controlling at a global industrial company. After changing companies, I was responsible for marketing, product management, e-business, communications, brand management, strategic corporate planning and various organizational development projects in the top management as a fast-growing global market leader.
