N.E.W.S.®Manager as Coach™ is designed to teach Managers the mindset, skills and tools to conduct short, impactful coaching conversations with individual team members, to allow them to move on, overcome challenges and perform better.

N.E.W.S.®Manager as Coach™ equips first and second line Managers with tools to assist their team to thrive in an ever changing environment. They learn how to have short, impactful coaching conversations, and to develop the ability to assess where their team members may be stuck. This helps them to understand the type of coaching conversation they need to prepare for, and which of the user-friendly and easily applicable tools they can apply to help their team member to move forward again.

The skills-practise sessions help them to apply to achieve a sufficiently high comfort level in using this approach to be able to apply their learnings immediately.
