Deregulation of markets, digitization of processes and customer interfaces, design, and conquest of new business fields as well as design of complex services.<\/p>\n<p>The main tools for change are projects and programs to work in an orderly environment using a well-developed toolbox. Subsequently, new processes, target group considerations, product ideas and developments meet a largely unprepared organization, which &#8211; according to the expectation &#8211; should live with it and &#8211; according to reality &#8211; rejects this out of inner conviction.<\/p>\n<p>My goal was and is to make change a positive experience, to take away the fear of creative destruction from people and organizations and thus enable organizations to shape and live the future.<\/p>\n<p>This includes strengthening or changing the culture, creating an environment that allows creativity and change, developing people who then surpass themselves and become shining, vibrant, and inspiring examples. Anschlie\\u00dfend treffen neue Prozesse, Zielgruppenbetrachtungen, Produktideen und \\u2013entwicklungen auf eine weitgehend unvorbereitete Organisation, die dann \\u2013 so die Erwartung \\u2013 damit leben soll und dies \\u2013 so die Realit\\u00e4t - aus innerer \\u00dcberzeugung heraus ablehnt.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Mein Ziel war und ist, Ver\\u00e4nderung zu einem positiven Erlebnis zu gestalten, Menschen und Organisationen die Angst vor der sch\\u00f6pferischen Zerst\\u00f6rung zu nehmen und damit Organisationen zu bef\\u00e4higen, die Zukunft zu gestalten und zu leben.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Dazu geh\\u00f6rt die St\\u00e4rkung oder Ver\\u00e4nderung der Kultur, das Schaffen eines Umfelds, welches Kreativit\\u00e4t und Ver\\u00e4nderung zul\\u00e4sst, das Entwickeln von Menschen, die dann \\u00fcber sich hinauswachsen und zu leuchtenden, vibrierenden und inspirierenden Beispielen werden.
