My way of working is results-oriented with a fit for purpose process mindset yet allowing flexibility with data driven course correction when needed. I like to work in a structured way, keeping an eye on the score and measuring progress against plan whilst developing your ability to own and navigate your career keeping a sustainable life-balance.
