Collection and processing of personal data

As a rule, you can visit the pages of 2Leadership GmbH without us requiring any personal data from you. Personal data is only collected if you provide us with this information voluntarily, for example in the context of a contact request.

Use and disclosure of personal data and earmarking

All personal data collected, processed and used within the framework of the direct Internet services of 2Leadership GmbH are collected, processed and used in accordance with the applicable regulations for the protection of personal data, only for the purpose of contract processing and to protect our own legitimate business interests with regard to the consultation and support of our customers and interested parties.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry. We will not share this information without your consent.

The data entered in the contact form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a). DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the time of the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that enables us to check whether you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only collected on a voluntary basis. We use these data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass them on to third parties.

The data entered in the newsletter registration form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, e.g. via the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already completed shall not be affected by the revocation.

The data deposited with us for the purpose of ordering the newsletter is stored by us from the newsletter to your subscription and deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data that is stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remains unaffected.

Processing data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our Internet pages (user data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to invoice the user.

The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

Data transmission upon conclusion of a contract for services and digital contents

We only pass on personal data to third parties if this is necessary within the scope of the contract, e.g. to the bank responsible for payment processing. The data will not be passed on or only if you have expressly agreed to the transfer. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without express consent, e.g. for advertising purposes. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

A transfer to third countries is not planned at the moment.
