Cooperation in Times of Crisis

We know scientifically, that cooperation, the act of helping each other rather than competing against each other, has always been the most successful long-term strategy to achieve our goals. We also know, that this applies just as much to our private lives, as it does to our professional lives.

In times of crisis, the act of cooperation, as we have seen all over the world in recent months, takes on even more relevance. We would even go so far as to say, it plays a central role not only during times of crisis but far beyond.

In a recent interview, Dorette König, Managing Director of ADAC-Berlin/Brandenburg, shared with us how the investment she and her team have made into fostering a culture of cooperation in their organization, have already begun to pay off and how it has helped them to navigate their way through the crisis more successfully as a team.
